The answer is YES.
In addition to having a dating web app, you can also become a dating software provider! 🚀
As long as you don't violate the GNU GPL, v3 license and keep all copyright notices, you can do it.
You will have to resell it under the same license. However, it doesn't stop you to sell it or distribute it for free.
You can even build a Dating WebApp Builder as a Service (like a SaaS) powered by pH7Builder.
Finally, I would really appreciate it if you could contribute to the project and help the software development by opening GitHub Pull Requests with bug fixes, feature requests, etc. 😍
