Minor fix on projects without git

Did a minor fix to also recognize code changes that are not a part of a git repository.

Minor fixes

Did some minor bug fixes which includes:

• Handle blank space in directory paths
• Added remove paths for uninstaller
• Refactored how file watcher gets notified about new directories to watch

Alpha release

This is the first release of the PaceRank Client!

The first iteration of the client is made for Windows, and has been tested on Windows 10.

When you have authorized the client to start sending measurement data you'll need to add directories to watch for file changes.
