Rerun CEATTLE with the 2024 assessment model data. See inst/extdata/ss3 for model files.

Current results are with the 2020 assessment (Grandin et al. 2020). Ironically, 2024 is also Grandin et al. (2024) 😆. Current thought is to get this done by the end of July because Sophia will be out at sea in August.

hi @kellijohnson-NOAA, I'm starting to work on this. It would be helpful to have the ss3 output (specifically report.sso). Are those files somewhere accessible?

Because it is done with MCMC there are 1000s of Report.sso files. So, I am not sure what exactly is helpful here given that the MLE results are not the same as the medians but maybe the Report.sso from the MLE is good enough 🤷?
