Add to resources per intent in #5.

If the goal is to stay focused on Kubernetes on Bare Metal, I recommend we omit the Packet-Terraform-Provider and Packet-Terraform-BGP demo from this guide. Kubespray on Packet encompasses the Terraform and MetalLB support. |

@johnstudarus the goal is both. We definitely want to make this the "kube on metal" guide, i.e. platform agnostic. On the other hand, where there are resources that specifically focus on bare metal cloud providers (notably Packet, who is most kindly sponsoring this guide), then we want to highlight them as well. So generally we want completely agnostic stuff in "Resource Me", and bare-metal-cloud-specific stuff in "Cloud Me". Given that, I think it makes sense to have kubespray in "Resource Me" (the first half of the Kubespray part added in this PR, along with the title "Kubespray" or "Kubespray on Metal"), with reference to some of its cloud capabilities, but the Packet-specific stuff in "Cloud Me" (beginning with "Within the kubespray project"). |

Proposal:
- Rename "Kubespray with Packet..." title to just "Kubespray on Metal"
- Relocate the kubespray part beginning with "Within the kubespray project..." to "Cloud Me" doc.
- Have a reference to it here, something like, "kubespray has support for bare-metal clouds, see [link]"
