Feature to modify an existing PactDslJsonBody.

We are often encountering huge payloads while writing contract tests, and we have observed that if there are certain modifications features such as delete a field, modify the field type, etc. then we can reuse an already existing PactDslJsonBody.

It will be great if pact team consider developing such features as well.
