Trialling the use of Code Rabbit for AI code reviews.

Motivation

If Code Rabbit proves to provide valuable initial feedback, it may be adopted by other repositories in the Pact Foundation; however, before making a widespread change, the feasibility and desirability will be assessed in Pact Python.
