The only thing with this is that if the user already puts ".pdf" in the name (e.g. enters "Cases.pdf") then the file becomes "Cases.pdf.pdf"... I think it should check if it ends in .pdf and if not then add it.

Also you need to merge the latest changes from this repo into your fork
