NJUST-CCTD A classification-based carbide milling tool wear image dataset (NJUST-CCTD) is constructed, which includes two types of tool images, one contains 5000 images of wear tools and the other consists of 3000 images of no-wear tools. The dataset consists of 2 folders:Raw data and Augmented data;Both of them have the following types of milling tools:class1 represents the images of wear tools while class2 indicates the images of no-wear tools. The Raw data folder includes 1600 raw images while the Augmented data folder consists of 6400 enhenced photos. There are 25 wear tools and 15 no-wear tools totally.
