This PR back-ports the changes from padrino/padrino-docs#125, which rolled up the updated cache documentation in.
The purpose of this PR is to keep the content in sync, so future updates to
padrino-docscan just convert this rdoc into markdown, FTW!I'm not sure on the history, but is it possible to use rdoc for
padrino-docs, or Markdown forpadrino-frameworkfor consistency?
