Pagar.me custom ArchLinux kernel for use in AWS

## Modifications

- Enabled CONFIG_AUDIT to be able to use auditd
- Enabled Ubuntu customizations for increasing performance in AWS (https://insights.ubuntu.com/2017/04/05/ubuntu-on-aws-gets-serious-performance-boost-with-aws-tuned-kernel/)


## Instructions

Install *asp* and *base-devel*, then simply run *make*.

The lastest Kernel version available in the repositories will be built. After that, simply install the generated package with pacman -U.
