You want to use a docker container as I change the DB from Sqlite to Postresql
I use the gem figaro
touch config/application.yml and set the following variables :

All the tasks asked in this assessment has been implemented
POST /api/v1/apps => Add an app (as a JSON object) to the DB and return its id;
PUT /api/v1/apps/:id => Update an app (as a JSON object) to the DB;
DELETE /api/v1/apps/:id => Delete an app from the DB.
The name of the index is App_rubyEnv e.g App_development. The indice in your algolia dashboard should be App*.
