Founders timed out by bot link checker #820

The link checker module is set to deny non-subs the ability to link. We ran into a problem when a founder couldn't link. Even though they were subbed, they got a timeout.

Can confirm: https://i.nuuls.com/e6Uj7.png - gempir enabled link protection in pajlada's channel and the founder got timed out

User subscriber logic has been modified to accomodate for founders
770057f 
When a user has the founder badge, the "subscriber" tag is surprisingly
set to 0. We previously relied on the "subscriber" tag, but now instead
check whether the user has a subscriber or founder badge.

Fixes #820
