Remove deprecated versions 8.5 and 10.0

Summary

Removes the versions 8.5 and 10.0 since the have reached eol according to https://endoflife.date/tomcat.

We also need to:

• Update pipeline-descriptor.yml -> https://github.com/paketo-buildpacks/apache-tomcat/blob/main/.github/pipeline-descriptor.yml#L38
• And remove the update workflows -> https://github.com/paketo-buildpacks/apache-tomcat/tree/main/.github/workflows

I believe that should take care of everything.
