Environment

  • Package version(s): @blueprintjs/datetime 3.7.2
  • Browser and OS versions: Version 72.0.3626.121 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to: https://blueprintjs.com/docs/#datetime/daterangepicker
  2. Ensure time is enabled
  3. Change the time and maintain focus in the input
  4. Hover over a date, watch the time input change

Actual behavior

Time input changes

Expected behavior

Time input does not change

Possible solution
