Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Upgrade to stylelint v14.x
  • Upgrade to stylelint-config-palantir v6.x
  • Fix new lint errors
  • Upgrade to postcss v8.x (used in packages/stylelint-plugin/)

Notes

  • "modern" color function notation is a weird one that will take some getting used to
    • actually, we can't enable this until we migrate to dart-sass. the new syntax isn't supported in node-sass.
