PTBoxProxytools - Statistical tools for processing and analyzing paleo data time series

As part of the PaleoToolBox (PTBox), this package provides tools and helpers for processing and analyzing paleo data time series.

Introduction

The package can be installed using devtools in R:

require(devtools)

devtools::install_git("https://github.com/paleovar/ptboxproxytools", build_vignettes = TRUE)

library(PTBoxProxytools)

If you'd like to contribute to the package, you might want to clone it (type git clone https://github.com/paleovar/ptboxproxytools.git in the terminal) and open the .Rproj in RStudio. Please don't hesitate to report issues, bugs, etc. to the authors.

After the installation run

vignette('PTBoxProxytools_howto')
