历史弹幕展示有问题，疑似因 B 站成就头衔的地址 URL 有变动（笑） #51

我猜测 B 站之前紧急上线头衔功能，头衔图片都是手动管理目录机构的，后来开发了头衔管理系统，用上了一家 bfs 那一套，头衔路径就都变成了 [hash_sha1].png 了

总之，这一块的逻辑可能得改改了：
