"One point of confusion I'm encountering with newsroom users is the switch between default search logic between dataset searches and cross-dataset searches.
if you search for two keywords across all sets, the default logic is AND.
but if you then drop into searching one of the datasets, the default logic switches to OR, which returns different results.
i couldn't find configurations to control this. i'm new to solr and have only toyed with java.
I would prefer the default search logic to be consistent, whatever it is.
would this be easy to change? i'd be happy to explore and test if i knew where i should be digging."
Confirmed this is the case. Did we do this for a reason?
