For the shopping networks and various others

Conditions:

  • owner == korlen
  • is not protected by korlen
  • is protected by the remover

TODO: test public boxes in travelnet hub

@kubaorlen current workaround: moderators can remove the boxes.

For the protection check to work i need an extended api: Sokomine/travelnet#51

@kubaorlen after this change all your travelnet boxes can be dug if they aren't protected by areas or protectors, are you sure about this?
