Changes to move us forward on dask-gateway
Fix tolerations on gateway dask worker pods
fix gateway environment variable config (AWS)

I am ready to do this. I would like to delete our prod deployment entirely because I think there are some old components still lying around. I'm available anytime this afternoon if there is a time that works for everyone. Thank you for all your work on this @TomAugspurger! |

It seems like everything in https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/pangeo-data/pangeo-cloud-federation/1059/workflows/867bd35f-cb5d-4bdf-b1ca-41ec72ae2c1c/jobs/1204 (surprisingly). I'll have at least one followup. Something is wrong with the prod gateways: #578. |
