Some user stuck in 'Approval ' and can't access to https://pangeo-foss4g.vm.fedcloud.eu/jupyterhub/

Following #24,
Users who can connect https://pangeo-foss4g.vm.fedcloud.eu/jupyterhub/ are in following situation in EGI dashboard;

But some who can't connect and they are stuck in

What can I do to 'finalise' their request?

It is written 'Approval notification sent to xxxx' , I have two users in this situation.

I have two user stuck, so I tried with one of them

• I 'delete' her petition from vo.pangeo
• asked her to restart enrolling

and now it works.

Should I keep the other user in the stuck situation so that your check-in team can study about it ?

Good to see that the problem was solved by re-enrolling.

I haven't got a reply from the check-in team yet. If it's urgent, please re-enroll the other user as well. If it's not, I guess it would be good to leave this one for troubleshooting.
