Any way to change the colors of the conceal characters? #151

Seems the conceal characters don't play nice with my color scheme.

There's a highlight group called Conceal, you're going to have to customize that. It's not in scope and it wouldn't be logical for this plugin to make changes to that setting, as that's a colorscheme problem.

So these color schemes are just being lazy and not setting the group. Makes sense. It's odd that not even the default schemes set this.

You'll need something like:

highlight Conceal guifg=#ff0000 guibg=#00ff00

And yah, not sure why different themes aren't setting them.
