Tuesday, 1 October 2019 20:25, Sonarr upgraded “The Handmaid’s Tale S03E12” from WEBDL-1080p > WEBDL-2160p.

As you can see on the attached PMS screen dump, there are embedded (SRT) subtitles, but SZ did not extract it to an external .srt file.

I have restarted the PMS server and attached the ZIP’ed SZ logfiles:

I can't see any reference to The Handmaid's Tale inside your logs. I'm afraid SZ didn't get triggered from the upgrade. We might be at the stage where it's the actual bug with the agent triggering that we've discovered ages ago :/
