We made it on extensions.gnome.org! Implement last recommendation and update README.md

This PR implements the last few recommendations by the extensions.gnome.org team.

It also updates README.md to reflect installing via ego.

Closes #435.

Hey Lythenas, yeah, I disabled it temporarily (see the message on https://github.com/paperwm/PaperWM) - there's an issue with the version on there and we're waiting for them to review the fixed version - hopefully should be up soonish).

Issue is fixed in v44.6.3, but the version on EGO is still v44.6.1. @YaLTeR picked up the issue and we worked together to fix/solve it (thanks @YaLTeR!).

That's the problem with EGO - it can take a day or two to review/approve a change to the extension. I chose to disable it rather then have (new) users install that version with a known issue.

Yep, just got an email from Javad - it's active/enabled now.
