They have a nice API to use to search projects and get metadata at
https://docs.softwareheritage.org/devel/getting-started/api.html

It would be cool to add an importer and an explorer for it. Entries could use biblatex-software types.

This is similar to Zenodo, which also has an API we can use
https://developers.zenodo.org/

With these two, we should have pretty good support for citing software as well!
