Installed Chrome App doesn't allow Inspection

It seems that installed Chrome Apps do not allow the Chrome Tools to appear. Right-click on app (no shortcut menu), go to chrome://extensions, no Inspect link.

Enhance to provide a better way to get debug logs (deep logs) through the user interface itself.

Should also make it possible to either select and copy, or copy all to clipboard for pasting into an email. Or perhaps provide a log file output option.
