Changing project and closing app results in open error

When open a file, the filename is saved in user config as the last file you opened. When changing the project and restarting the application, the last file is attempted to be opened from the new project, but doesn't exist.

This will be fixed in the refactor by clearing the last file user config option.

This appears fixed to me now. The only related problem seems to be that user config isn't always saved.
