Bump lmdb and swc

Bump lmdb range to ensure that kriszyp/lmdb-js#102 is fixed

swc:

• Closes Spread arg stripped from function with browserlist chrome >= 50 #7284
• Closes Shadowing a global variable in a function causes the global variable to be renamed #7270
• visit doesn't pass/need the parent node anymore
• dynamic_import, import.meta and export_namespace_from are now enabled by default
