The destination of clicking on substrate -> master in paritytech.github.io should not be sc_service.

Ideally it should point to a fake crate called substrate or something similar. This will be a high level crate with no code and just docs about where the fu* you are :))

It could include links to things like #9, if it is in rust-docs as well.
