Currently, --chain polkadot-dev is removed from the polkadot binary is disabled from our integration tests at the moment.

After paritytech/polkadot-sdk#1304 is merged then we will have to fetch the kusama-dev and polkadot-dev from the fellowship repo which I expect to be available soon.
