--telemetry-url no longer working

This seems to be a regression compared to 0.7.28.
I have a container named "be" that has the telemetry backend. (docker run --rm -it --name be -p 8000:8000 chevdor/substrate-telemetry-backend -l 0.0.0.0:8000)

The following works fine:

docker run --rm -it --link be chevdor/polkadot:0.7.28 polkadot --telemetry-url ws://be:8000/submit

But the following fails:

$ docker run --rm -it --link be chevdor/polkadot:0.7.30 polkadot --telemetry-url ws://be:8000/submit
error: Invalid value for '--telemetry-url <URL VERBOSITY>...': Verbosity level missing

$ docker run --rm -it --link be chevdor/polkadot:0.7.30 polkadot --telemetry-url ws://be:8000/submit 0
error: Invalid value for '--telemetry-url <URL VERBOSITY>...': Verbosity level missing

Have you tried --telemetry-url 'ws://be:8000/submit 0'?
