With the upcoming decommission of Rococo and introduction of Paseo as the new testnet for Polkadot, we should update the examples accordingly to work with Paseo and its Asset Hub, when it is released. These examples shouldn't be too different than the ones we have for Rococo, but they should be updated to work with the new test chain specs.
