CSRF Error upon datafile upload (Only in Windows)

Steps to reproduce

1. Browser/OS: Chrome 52.0.2743.116, Windows 10
2. Site: dev.stemcellcommons.org
3. Begin to upload the following metadata file: sample_key_ctcf.txt
   & then upload the two referenced datafiles. (Scott O. has copies of the files used to upload (also avail on orchestra))
4. A Console error followed by a Django CSRF verification error page occur

Observed behavior

Expected behavior

No errors and for the datafile upload to complete properly.

I'm not able to reproduce this error on https://test.stemcellcommons.org while using Dhawal's metadata file and sample data.

Chrome Version 53.0.2785.89 m (64-bit) - Windows 10

I'm going to test this out on https://dev.stemcellcommons.org with the updated Chrome version to see if this was just a browser issue.

This issue cannot be replicated on https://dev.stemcellcommons.org/ with Dhawal's data within Chrome Version 53.0.2785.89 m (64-bit) - Windows 10

This weird CSRF behavior was most likely addressed by the Chrome update.
