Reproduce:
./manage.py syncdb --migrate

Observed:

IntegrityError: Problem installing fixture '/vagrant/refinery/file_store/fixtures/initial_data.json': Could not load file_store.FileType(pk=None): duplicate key value violates unique constraint "file_store_filetype_extension_key"
DETAIL:  Key (extension)=(bam) already exists.

Expected:

No Error to be thrown
