Prov Vis: Button for change layering is not correct after Bootstrap 3 upgrade

Reproduce

1. Open https://refinery-dev.stemcellcommons.org/data_sets/20651210-9cf9-4c68-9ece-4301de84ad49/#/files/browse
2. Change to Display: Provenance
3. Open the Info Panel with the timeline and DoI components
4. Select and unselect the Hard and Soft layering button

Bug
I'm able to select both or none at the same time. I cannot say if this is just a graphical bug or if the behavior is also broken. Please check the button behavior that too.

Expected
These buttons act like a radio button group and just one button can be selected at a time.
