Reproduce

Open a local instance in a Safari 9.02v
Choose a dataset
Dataset Browser - IGV Tab
Select Options and Launch IGV

Observed

The file downloads but a new blank tab opens

Expected

No blank tab to open

Issue no longer important due to data set 2 utilizing web based igv.
