Hydro Capabilities and Numpy 1.20 Compatibility

We have added convince plotting functions in relation to reading in hydro frames and conducting basic analyses with respect to the MCRaT photons. Also, small changes have been made to remove np.int, np.str, and np.float incompatibilities with numpy 1.20.0
