  1. Convert existing SQLite based cluster to etcd: https://docs.k3s.io/datastore/ha-embedded#existing-single-node-clusters
  2. Join additional master nodes to reach odd number of masters for etcd
  3. Configure keepalived to provide a virtual IP for all master nodes

Hostnames for new nodes:

  • kashyyyk
  • alderaan
