This repository contains files for the case study presented in the scientific paper "Symptom propagation in respiratory pathogens of public health concern: a review of the evidence" by Phoebe Asplin, Rebecca Mancy, Thomas Finnie, Fergus Cumming, Matt J. Keeling and Edward M. Hill.
Model simulations and figure generation were performed using Matlab R2022a.
