Docker image names prefixed by "circleci/" are deprecated. See https://discuss.circleci.com/t/legacy-convenience-image-deprecation/41034. Some images have been bumped because the new images are only available for these versions: - PostgreSQL: 12.3 -> 12.9 (we use 12.8 on production); - Node: 14.17 -> 14.18. These changes seem innocuous. (Please don't quote me on that.)
