JS Desktop Dropdown Menu Package

This package is a focused look at creating a dropdown menu using hardcoded HTML options and JavaScript to enable interactive dropdown menu options for a desktop layout, not built responsively (next package will have mobile support/responsiveness).
This pacakge is primarily meant for testing purposes in regards to package creation and deployment practice, so expect potential bugs and other hiccups to possibly occur.
