cdh3u3 patched with mesos

This is a vanilla cdh3u3 tarball with patches and needed jars to run hadoop with mesos 0.9.0 RC3.

Please put your compiled libmesos-0.9.0.so in hadoop-0.20.2-cdh3u3/lib/native/Linux-amd64-64
