'semi-fertile' should be a subclass of 'decreased fertility'.

Arguably, 'sterile' should also be a subclass of 'decreased fertility'. Then 'decreased fertility' would have to be moved out from under 'fertile', and 'semi-fertile' should be a subclass of 'fertile' and 'decreased fertility'.
