PATO population quality (PATO_0002003) is in fact a quality of what PCO calls a collection of organism, which can be of a single or multiple species. PCO should import the current subclasses of PATO_0002003 (morbidity and mixed sex). These would be siblings of other PCO classes like community species diversity. Logical definitions can be created in PCO, then moved back into PATO if needed.

I also suggest changing the label of PATO_0002003 to "quality of a collection of organisms".

Suggested logical definition: a PATO:quality that inheres in a PCO:collection of organisms.
