It would be nice if triage folks wouldn't have to leave a work item on Azure DevOps. If it's possible from a browser extension, we should extract the URL from the current work item, request the target Learn page, and then extract the metadata from the resulting page HTML.
Potentially, we could auto-populate the AzDO work item directly (or at least offer those replacements).

Forgot to close this back in June. Ideally, we'd have this do a less heavy request to the content page (stream just through headers and bail), but it works for now.
