Originally opened as autopilot-rs#49


Fixed getMainDisplaySize to look at SM_CXVIRTUALSCREEN and SM_CYVIRTUALSCREEN instead of SM_CXSCREEN and SM_CYSCREEN if Windows says more than one monitor is attached.

This is exactly what I need, but for some reason it won't build on my system with a 'dllwrap' failed error. Could you upload it already built by any chance?
