entr is deprecated

Friendly poke that brew install entr is unnecessary now that it's deprecated.

This has been superceded/merged by eradman into the default homebrew.

You can now brew update/install/upgrade with homebrew proper. Don't use this unless you're bored/like out of date things.

i don't totally understand what the message is saying..

i am only seeing this message on this custom tap: https://github.com/mitchty/homebrew-entr

but i dont see it on https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/blob/master/Formula/entr.rb

so im guessing you tapped that one a while ago?
i can't see that tap in my own config.. but maybe homebrew-versions is hitting it somehow?
