This supports installing cowsay-files in a standard system-wide location, and supports package managers like Homebrew and apt-get distributing cowsay-files. It also includes a hook for Cowsay-apj's pluggable cow collection feature, for users that want to use that version of Cowsay.

After learning how to use GIMP instead of Photoshop and using the
magnetic lasso"intelligent scissors" feature, I created a transparent picture of Baby Yoda, without a background.I then put the image through the cowsay file generator - and voila!
