As a developer I want to use the latest version of Angularjs in order to take advantage of features that are not available in the current Angular version that LeanSheets is using (1.3.14).

If there are other upgrades necessary to support the Angular upgrade please add a comment to this issue for all needed dependancies.

Given that the current version of angular for LeanSheets is 1.3.14
When Angular is upgraded to version 1.5.0
Then LeanSheets should work as expected (all the graphs should draw, date picker, drop downs, etc) AND the bower.json file should reflect the new Angular version
