title	Work Item title or summary
workType	Work Item type (i.e. bug, story, test, etc)
project	If the work item is part of a larger project or feature in order to track project through all services
service	The service the work item is or has been through
classOfService	The class of service the work item flowed
statuses[]	All the different statuses the work item has been assigned
dueDate	The date that the work item must be completed
